Public Document — Plain Language Overview
This is a plain-language overview of your key rights and obligations. It is not a substitute for the full Terms of Service, which are available to approved members and constitute the binding legal agreement.
You earn 30% commission on the first month of every subscription generated through your promo link, and 10% on every recurring monthly renewal — passively, for as long as that customer stays subscribed. Event gigs pay a per-ticket commission.
New accounts have a 30-day hold period before funds clear for withdrawal. This decreases as you advance through tiers — down to 3 days at Elite. Standard payouts are free. Instant payouts carry a 5% fee (minimum $1). Minimum withdrawal is $20 in cleared funds.
At $300 in lifetime withdrawals, we'll ask you to add your tax info. At $550, your account is paused from new gig offers until tax verification is complete. US creators earning $600+ per year receive an IRS Form 1099-NEC. You are responsible for reporting all income.
All promotional posts must include a clear disclosure (#ad, #sponsored, or similar). Posts go live on your schedule — our review runs concurrently and only affects when your commission link activates. Honest competitor comparisons are allowed. Intentional brand damage results in permanent termination.
Multiple accounts, fake followers, self-redemption of your own promo codes, sharing promo codes in coupon forums, and any form of commission manipulation are strictly prohibited. Violations result in account termination, earnings forfeiture, and permanent identity blacklisting.
You start at Bronze. Advancing to higher tiers unlocks faster payouts, more gig types, and better features. Tiers are earned through genuine performance — views, link clicks, and verified sales. There are no shortcuts and tiers can be demoted for violations.
If you believe a flag, freeze, or penalty was applied in error, you have 7 days to submit a written appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration. Class action participation is waived.
AI video generation using your face and voice requires separate, explicit consent. All AI-generated videos carry a permanent watermark. Content creation is locked to InfluencerGo brands at the $9/month Pro Creator level, and unlocked for any brand at $49/month AI Studio.
